The mission of the Residential Care program is to provide long-term residential care through a stable and structured environment.
Located in Salem, VA the Residential Care program provides care in a home-like, family environment. HopeTree seeks to work with the individual in care and their family to help address their problems and, where appropriate, return them to their homes.
Our goal is to provide loving homes that enhance the emotional, educational, physical, social, and spiritual development of each person in our care. Depending on their needs, youth in the Residential Care program will attend either Salem Public Schools or HopeTree Academy.
Within the program, residents enjoy an active lifestyle including education, sports, community activities, church and Christian education, volunteerism, and part-time employment.
